Cocobolo Dream
This bass was a unique build. When Mike contacted me about building him his first fully custom bass, we had a lot of things to talk about. He had specific features in mind and as things progressed, as usual, a lot of changes were made along the way. He finally settled on this beautiful piece of Cocobolo. We utilized some of the sapwood on the edges to make a very interesting bookmatched top along with a matching headstock. The bass features a birdseye maple fretboard with cocobolo fretmarkers, a mahogany body core and a figured maple back. The headstock has a black ebony Miller logo and the back of the headstock has Mike's initials inlaid into it. This bass has a wonderful tone due to the many different features between the woods and electronics.
